Booking Terms for Customers

These terms apply to customers booking appointments through CutOnTime with participating barbershops.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation with a booking reference.

You are responsible for providing valid contact details so confirmations and updates can reach you.

Arrival and no-show

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in shortened service or cancellation, depending on barbershop capacity.

Missing an appointment without timely cancellation may be recorded as a no-show.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule through your booking link, subject to the applicable notice window.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can lead to temporary booking restrictions.

Pricing and payment

Displayed service prices are managed by the barbershop. Payment for the appointment is made directly to the barbershop unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Responsibility and complaints

Service quality and treatment delivery are the responsibility of the selected barbershop.

Complaints about service execution should first be discussed directly with the barbershop.

Acceptance

By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these booking terms.
