These terms apply to barbershops and staff members using CutOnTime as a business platform.

1

Scope

CutOnTime provides an online platform that helps barbershops manage appointments, availability, staff schedules, and customer communication.

By registering, activating, or continuing to use the platform, the barbershop accepts these terms.

2

Accounts and access

Each barbershop is responsible for accurate business details, secure passwords, and proper assignment of staff permissions.

Access may only be used for legitimate business operations. Misuse, unauthorized access, and automated scraping are prohibited.

3

Service availability

CutOnTime targets a high level of uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, security updates, and incident response can temporarily limit platform functionality.

4

Barbershop responsibilities

The barbershop remains responsible for opening hours, pricing, staff assignment, and delivery of booked services.

CutOnTime is not a party to the in-person service agreement between customer and barbershop.

5

Fees and subscriptions

Platform access may require a paid subscription. Current pricing and billing terms are shown in subscription management.

In case of overdue payment, access may be limited after reasonable notice and in line with applicable law.

6

Intellectual property

All rights to the software, branding, and platform architecture remain with CutOnTime or its licensors.

The barbershop retains rights to its own uploaded content and grants CutOnTime a license to display it within the service.

7

Liability

CutOnTime is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from platform usage.

To the extent permitted by law, direct liability is limited to subscription fees paid during the previous three months.

8

Suspension and termination

These terms remain in effect while an account is active.

CutOnTime may suspend or terminate access in case of serious breach, fraud, security abuse, or legal obligation.

9

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
